I am CAPHI (BC) certified and licensed by the Government of BC #47691. I follow the CAPHI (BC) standards for all my home inspections.

I take pride in the attention to detail and documentation within the reports that are prepared for you. It is always important to take the time with each client before and after completion of the inspection to make sure all their concerns pertaining to the property inspected are addressed.

Taking time to explain the conditions found during the inspection is the most important aspect of the follow up to an inspection. In many of the details found within a home may require some minor action or repairs, this is the case in most homes that have been previously owned. One of the responsibilities is to ensure the client is well informed particularly on what is important to focus on and those items important but normally found during a inspection. It’s the major items structure, roofing, plumbing, heating, electrical, foundation, drainage and other areas that are focused on with the clients to ensure there are no major deficiencies.
