Let Cover Your Assets keep an eye on the construction.   I can be that presents on the site reviewing the project with your interests in mind.  I have worked with all types of professionals and contractors in the past constructing large million dollar projects to smaller housing projects.   I can provide you with weekly or Bi monthly reports on how the construction is going, monitoring the time lines and construction delays and make sure the scope of the project is being followed.  I become your eyes on the project during the construction phase.   My reports are narrative digital reports with pictures helping to tell the story.  These inspections are inexpensive and are meant to keep you up to date on the project identifying  all concerns to you before they become expensive if not addressed.
